Built in 1915, The Hargate at 235 Central Park North is a 91-unit Section 8 building in Central Harlem, situated between Adam Clayton Powell Jr. and Frederick Douglass Boulevards. BFC acquired the property to preserve the building's affordable housing status for its existing residents.

At over 100 years old, The Hargate is one of BFC's most historic properties.
