Halloween Fun at Towne Gardens

On Friday, October 30, the Towne Gardens team had the pleasure of bringing Halloween fun directly to our community through a Trunk or Treat event! BFC partnered with the Towne Gardens Construction Team, Full Circle Family, WNY Overdose Prevention, and Urban Shift to organize an exciting afternoon featuring 10 participating vehicles and welcoming at least 100 attendees, including children, parents, and family members. Thank you Denaysha Smith for your coordination in hosting this event. A special thank-you to Megan Sykes for helping coordinate the McDonald’s coupon donation! Families also enjoyed Halloween candy, cookies, coloring books, and toys, making the event even more special for our youngest community members.

Community engagement is about so much more than planning events. It’s about listening to residents, understanding their needs, and creating meaningful opportunities for families to feel supported, included, and connected.
