The final phase of City Point may still be somewhat of a mystery, but phase two is moving right along. The five-story retail podium topped out earlier this fall, and the two residential buildings continue to rise above it. Field Condition shared some new photos of the towers, which will rise 27 and 38 stories and hold a total of 690 apartments. The shorter building is being developed by BFC Partners, while the Brodsky Organization is responsible for the taller one. COOKFOX designed both.
