Eric Woodlin

Director of Community Engagement

As Director of Community Engagement, Eric quarterbacks our community engagement affairs, identifying community needs, developing programs and activities, while building trusting relationships with our nonprofit partners, tenant associations, community boards, local businesses and elected officials. He works closely with the following New York City agencies; NYC Economic Development Corporation, NYC Housing Preservation and Development, NYC Small Business Services, NYC Mayor's Workforce Development and HireNYC Program.

Eric also works with our construction team managing MWBE compliance goals, local recruitment for construction laborers and MWBE recruitment for all BFC Partners projects.

Prior to joining BFC Partners Eric’s career spans from his corporate role at Kraft Foods where he worked as a National Sales Manager to a nonprofit role as Director of Operations for the Boys & Girls Club of New Rochelle. There, he developed and managed programming and activities for five facilities and 1,200+ children and teens. He has also worked extensively with the City of New Rochelle in areas of community development and economic development. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from the College of New Rochelle and a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies (studies focused on Urban Education) from CUNY Graduate Center. In his past time, Eric enjoys volunteering for youth development organizations and golfing on the weekends.
